Antique 1924 Advertising Calendar, Fragile, 102 Years old, C M Jordan, Minnesota

I was attracted to this b/c My dad was born that year. It's fragile as you can see, and the months are all there. It advertised a place called CM Jordan in Minnesota, maybe a fountain drink shop? Pretty cool for scrapbooks, card making or whatever!
