New in box portable fan. I purchased this for my little dogs for when I was outside in the yard working they could remain cool. I thought it was solar or battery but it must be plugged in so it won’t work out for me.

I used it once for 5 min. It blows cold air! So cool. You place water in the top- put ice if you want it colder. I paid $30 on sale for this plus shipping but they sale them for upwards of $40+

It’s about 6 inches wide and 8-10 in tall - has a strap to carry it. Great for anywhere you want a chill boast.
