3 balloons included in auction

Can be filled with helium or air. Below is how I was able to fill with air.

I put a metal straw into opening. Once inflated I removed straw and pushed opening closed. It is sticky and holds air. Balloons have stayed inflated air for a yr plus air can be added. There are imperfections in color, please see last picture
